06 What we supply

Industrial machinery manufacturers, suppliers and bulk exporters

We manufacture and export industrial machinery as single units and as complete turnkey production lines. Buyers come to us for one of three reasons: they are setting up a new plant and need the whole line specified from raw input to packed output, they are expanding an existing factory and need machines that integrate with what they already run, or they are bidding a government or NGO tender and need documentation and pricing they can submit.

Most of our work goes to importers, distributors and project contractors across Africa, the Middle East, South and South East Asia, Europe and South America. Equipment is built to the destination market's voltage, frequency and language, and supplied with the manuals and certificates the shipment needs to clear customs.

Food processing plants and lines

Complete processing lines for tomato paste and ketchup, fruit juice and pulp, dairy, edible oil, flour milling, rice and grain, bakery, meat and poultry, and packaged snacks. Lines are quoted by the output you need per hour, not by machine count, so the capacity of every stage matches and no single machine becomes the bottleneck.

Agricultural and agro processing machinery

Tractors and implements, harvesters, threshers, seed and fertiliser equipment, irrigation systems, and post-harvest processing for grain drying, cleaning, grading and storage. Sized for smallholder cooperatives through to commercial estates.

Construction, drilling and workshop equipment

Construction machinery, ground and underground engineering equipment, water well and bore well drilling rigs, garage and automobile workshop tooling, and hand tools and machines for maintenance shops.

Power, solar and water treatment

Solar system products and complete solar power plants, wind energy equipment, power generation, transmission and distribution equipment, and water treatment solutions from borehole to potable supply.

Defence, safety and relief supply

Army and military equipment, relief blankets and tents for emergency and displacement programmes, fire detection and fire fighting equipment, traffic safety equipment, and cyber security and ICT equipment for institutional buyers.

How an order runs

  1. Send the specification

The product, the output per hour and the destination port. A rough brief is enough to start.

  2. Layout and quotation

You get a machine list, a plant layout, a price and a lead time in writing.

  3. Manufacture and testing

Built to your voltage and frequency, then test-run before it leaves the floor.

  4. Shipping and commissioning

Export documentation, container loading, then installation and operator training on site.

07 Buyer questions

Questions we are asked before an order

If your question is not here, email us and an engineer will answer it directly.

Contact us
Do you supply single machines or complete production lines?

Both. You can order an individual machine to fill a gap in an existing factory, or a complete turnkey line where we specify every stage from raw input through to packed finished product.

Turnkey lines are quoted against the output you need per hour rather than a list of machines, which is what stops one undersized stage becoming the bottleneck for the whole plant.

Which countries do you export to?

We supply importers, distributors and project contractors across Africa, the Middle East, South and South East Asia, Europe and South America. Our largest volumes go to West and East Africa.

See the markets we currently serve for the full list.

Can machines be built for our local voltage and frequency?

Yes. Electrical specification is set at the order stage, so motors, control panels and switchgear are built for the voltage and frequency at your site rather than adapted after arrival.

Control panel labelling and operator manuals can also be supplied in the working language of your plant.

What is the minimum order?

There is no minimum for most equipment — a single machine is a valid order. Consolidating several machines into one container normally reduces the landed cost per unit, so we will tell you when it is worth combining items into one shipment.

How long does manufacture and delivery take?

Lead time depends on whether the item is a stocked machine or a built-to-order line, and on the destination port. Every quotation states the manufacturing lead time and the estimated shipping time separately, in writing, before you commit.

Do you handle shipping and export documentation?

Yes. We handle container loading and the export documentation your shipment needs to clear customs, including the packing list, commercial invoice, certificate of origin and any inspection certificates the destination requires.

We can quote on the incoterms you prefer to work with.

Can you supply against government and NGO tenders?

Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. We provide the technical specifications, compliance documentation and pricing in the format the tender asks for, and can supply the manufacturer authorisation letters most public tenders require from the bidder.

What happens after the equipment arrives?

Installation and commissioning are carried out on site, along with operator and maintenance training for your team.

Our engineers stay reachable afterwards, so if the line needs adjusting once it is running at full output you are not left working it out on your own.

Do you offer dealership or distribution rights?

Yes. We appoint distributors with territory rights in export markets. Get in touch with the territory you cover and the sectors you already sell into.
